Hands down, one of my favorite cafes I visited on my trip to Seattle. I got the breakfast board and kobenhaven latte. The entire menu and pastries all looked so appetizing, so it was difficult to decide what to get! I typically try to avoid dairy and gluten, so I asked to swap out the cheese crispies for fresh fruit and they swapped it out without hesitation. The breakfast board was so fresh, well-rounded, and something that I don't traditionally see on breakfast menus. I loved the variety it offers, and even though it's something you *could* make at home, it's still something I would order here due to the sheer quality, good service, and pleasant ambiance. The latte was amazing as well - nutty, creamy, and not too sweet. I got it with oat milk, so it was pretty rich, but carried amazing flavor and would get it again!

Loved the coffee here. Definitely stop by if you're a fan of lighter roast coffees. I loved the egg skillet and the cheese on top added a lot of flavor. I wasn't as impressed as I covered with the waffle. Though I enjoyed the fruit with the waffle. The waffle texture wasn't as crisp as I would have liked, and was pretty soft. Loved the ambiance as well. It's. A great place to catch up with someone or sit and do work.

Beautiful cafe in downtown Seattle with a modern interior perfect for studying or a relaxing breakfast. We went on a weekday, so it wasn't overly crowded. The staff were all very polite and there was plenty of seating, both inside and outside. I got their seasonal berry latte and it was one of the best lattes I've ever had. The notes of elderberry and blueberry came through without the taste of overpowering sweetener. No bitterness in the espresso, simply perfection. The pear crème brûlée pastry was delightful. Crispy, flaky pastry with refreshing pear in the center. Similarly enjoyed the blueberry danish. Sadly the cardamom pastry was a miss; really loved the cardamom flavor, but the pastry itself was extremely dry. I would love to come back and try one of their menu items which all looked incredible!
